Portable Test Rectifier
The test rectifier consists of a medium power silicon rectifier mounted on an appropriate heat sink in a small molded case. Connections to the terminals at each end of the case may be made by clamping leads or terminal under the molded thumb nuts, or by clipping the leads directly to the hexagonal portion of the terminal. A half wave rectifier symbol is shown on the nameplate of facilitate proper choice of DC meter connections.

Test & Control Switches
SB-1 Control & Transfer Switch
Type SB-1 Switches are rotary, cam-operated devices for the control of electrically operated circuit breakers, small motors, magnetic switches and similar devices. Another important use is for the transfer of current and potential for meters, instruments, and relays. Also, there are many general control applications for which this switch can be used.
SB-10 Control & Transfer Switch
The SB-10 switch provides two electrically separate and mechanically independent switches in one device. It utilizes both lateral and rotary contacts all constructed on the same switch.
Series 95 Control Switches
Heavy industrial construction
Rotary / Double wiping knife blade design
600 VAC, 30 amp continuous
Available with illuminated nameplates
Coil monitoring and SCADA ready
UL / cUL recognized
Typically used in low & medium voltage switchgear, MCC’s, and relay and control panels as breaker control, voltmeter & ammeter selector, motor control, synchroscope control, and other selector switches
Series FT Test Switches
An industry standard for CT & VT isolation for instrument transformer and connected device testing.
Up to 10 poles; Numerous configurations available
Typically mounted on switchgear and relay panels
10 pole test plug available; UL and cUL recognized.
Rated 600 volts and 30 amps continuous
PK-2 Test Blocks & Plugs
Type PK-2 test blocks are essentially 4-pole and 6-pole jacks, provided with molded Textolite covers that have internal plug contacts, which make a through connection when the cover is in place. The contacts in the blocks are of the line-pressure type and provide positive contact with minimum contact resistance
PMTB 14 IEC Test Block & Plugs
The 14 pole PMTB 14 IEC Test Block & plug assembly enables testing personnel to isolate protection relays and other secondary devices from voltage and current sources to allow functional testing of equipment without interruption of service. One common test block and four different test plugs round out the product offering.
SMTB4 IEC Test Blocks & Plugs
The 4-pole SMTB4 IEC Test Block & Plug is a compact alternative to the PMTB 14. Test blocks are available for current (MBB) and voltage (BBM & MBB) circuits and are color coded to prevent inadvertent mixing of test circuits. Mounting provisions include surface, semi-flush, flush and DIN rail. Wiring provisions for clamp type, ring tongue, and quick connect terminations are available. Current type test plugs can be provided with internal shorting links on the incoming CT side. Test plugs and blocks are keyed to prevent incorrect alignment of incoming and outgoing connections.
EB-25/26/27 Terminal Block
The EB-25, -26, and -27 terminal blocks are molded one piece design available in 4, 6, and 12 points and are furnished with washer-less head binding screws (#10-32) for circuit wire connections. The blocks are supplied with a black marking strip with white numbers on one side, and white unmarked on the reverse side for circuit identification.

XTM Test Plugs and Card Extenders
Applications
The XTM test plug is available for testing modular type relays. The connection plugs can be removed from the modular relay, and the XTM test plug can be inserted for current injection testing and input/output access. The modular relays have two connection plugs and require two test plugs, one right-hand test plug and one left-hand test plug. The handle of the test plug may be pulled out and turned to the right for easy access to connection points.

XLB Test Block Panels
The XLB Test Block Panel is designed for use with GE Vernova relays that do not have test facilities; an example being the model of the DLP digital distance relay without test facilities. The Test Blocks used in this test panel utilizes the same design features used in the drawout type construction of GE Vernova component relays. The standard test plugs used in testing component relays may also be used to test relays connected to the XLB test panel, such as the XLA12A or XLA13A test plugs.

XLA Test Plugs for Drawout Relays
Applications
The test plug provides a quick and easy means of testing drawout case relays or meters without removing them from their cases. The test plug is substituted for the regular connecting plug and there is nothing to disconnect. The XLA12A enables power to be applied to the relay from either a separate source or the source that feeds the equipment. The XLA13A can only be used when a separate source of power is available.
To insure low-contact resistance the test plug contact fingers are silver plated.
